Hi, I’m 17 years old. Two months ago I decided to change my lifestyle to a healthy one. I’m 5’9” in the first picture I weighted 158lb (72 kg) I ate three times a day, a small breakfast and a big dinner, I ate a lot of vegetables but also processed foods and “bad carbs”. 1st of April I started Insanity workout along with healthy eating. I changed my eating, I eat five times a day, a good breakfast and a lot of fruits and veggies, meat, chicken and “good carbs” I eat once in a while treats. In the right picture, I finished Insanity and weight 138 lb (63 kg).
This change was the best decision I ever made, and I’m proud of my results. Now I want to maintain my healthy lifestyle and get stronger :)
